Maid In Heaven has been serving Charlotte and the surrounding areas since 1996 and now officially has a web presence that will assist in the collection of customer feedback, as well as simplifying the task of requesting an appointment. Maid In Heaven's owner, Beth Dannenhauer, wanted to create a site that would cater to each one of her customer's needs, and she has accomplished this by incorporating unique customer-service applications into her site. Customers will now be able to request a cleaning, get a free estimate and even rate their service through Maid In Heaven’s “scorecard.” Customers can also now earn gift certificates by referring friends online through the “refer a friend” form.
